We offer senior fitness classes that emphasize improving balance, flexibility & strength to reduce falls and increase independence. We have a variety of trainers on our team, and they all have their favorite formats. Our most popular format is strength & balance. We lead classes that are appropriate for people to sit or stand, depending on their abilities. Even if they stand throughout the entire class, we do want a chair available to assist with balance.
