Lifeguard Training - 304209

Class begins at Northwest Recreation Center. Prerequisite skills test must be passed prior to the first day of class. Skills assessed include a 150-yard swim, 2 minutes of treading water, a continuous 50-yard swim, and a timed 10 lb brick retrieval.

Class begins at NW Recreation Center. Prerequisite skills test must be passed prior to the first day of class. Skill assessed will be:
150-yard swim, 2 minutes of treading water, and a 50-yard swim continuously. Timed 10lb brick retrieval.

Must attend ALL class time
Classes: Fri February 20,2026 5 pm-10 pm, Sat February 21, 2026 8 am - 9 pm, Sun February 22, 2026 8 am-9 pm.

--FIRST CLASS MEETS AT THE NW REC CENTER--
Bring a pen, pencil, notebook, towel, swimsuit and lunch/dinner or money for lunch/dinner.
