Stroke Improvement. 6-11 yrs. Must pass Level 3. Skills include: breast stroke, side stroke, back crawl, butterfly, dives from side, open turns. To Pass: perform feet-first entry into deep water, swim front crawl, change direction and swim elementary backstroke; swim breast stroke, change direction and swim back crawl. NOTE: in most cases, it will take a child more than one session of lessons to pass the level.
